  • High-quality Corporate restaurant – In our Lausanne headquarters, we offer healthy, well-balanced food options, through our specifically selected service provider NOVAE, subsidized by 50% for all employees.

     

  • Social Activities – Work must be a place to meet, exchange ideas and share social interactions. Sport, recreation activities and events are organized throughout the year to get together outside the corporate framework (company parties, choir, dance, yoga, football, running, yearly step challenge, etc.).

  • Recognition of value-added work initiatives – We constantly encourage and reward new ideas. “The Shapers Award”program was launched in 2019 to recognize initiatives generating value-added innovation or accelerated drug development with collaboration and courage.
