Voluntis has announced that AptarGroup has completed the acquisition of our strategic investment fund’s shares, along with the shares of Bpifrance Participations, LBO France Gestion, SHAM Innovation Santé, Vesalius Biocapital, Indigo and certain members of the management. As this journey with Voluntis occurred during the time of the pandemic, our collaboration with the company was completely virtual – from investment to exit.
