Our equal pay analysis was carried out with the support of Willis Towers Watson in our Lausanne headquarters and with CEPEC in our Martigny production site, world leading experts in compensation.
The analysis and the results were then validated by an independent auditor in compliance with the Swiss Law. As a result of fully living out our values, we are extremely proud to report that we pay men and women equally for equal work! In other words, we do not have a pay equity gap between men and women.

Discover Our Environments
Debiopharm is based in 2 main cities in the French-speaking area of Switzerland: Lausanne in the canton of Vaud and Martigny in the canton of Valais. Our headquarters is based in Lausanne, where our drug development & digital health fund activities welcome over 200 employees from over 30 nationalities. Our Martigny site has over 150 employees from about 20 nationalities and houses 3 laboratories and our production and manufacturing lines.

As the 4th most populated town in the Valais region, Martigny is ideal for those preferring a calm, sunny and natural environment. Several notable ski resorts are located nearby including Verbier, Crans-Montana, and Zermatt famous for Switzerland’s iconic Matterhorn Mountain. With its various terrains and rich soil, Valais’s wine reputation is comparable with its famous Italian and French neighbors. Montreux & Vevey ( the Swiss Riviera) and cities like Evian in neighboring France are easily reachable with the Swiss train (CFF) & boat system (CGN)or by car. Lausanne is just 45 mins. away and Milan can be reached through the Swiss/Italian Alps in 2hrs.
